Nothing is more fun than a day in recovery cruising on a motorcycle. Our Clean and Sober Motorcycle Club is for the motorcyclist in recovery and others in recovery wanting to join the fun. We are family orientated and focused on living in the moment and having fun. A desire to stop drinking is the only requirement for membership. We can help you setup a club in your town or put you on our mailing list for our special events. No motorcycle is required as there are plenty of ways to support and participate in the club and it's events without ever riding a motorcycle.
Our club membership is open to all individuals regardless of ones age, sex, race, religion or sexual orientation. We do not discriminate or judge one from their past history. This wreckage of our past got us all into the gift of sobriety that we enjoy today. We are recovering alcoholics/addicts, friends and family. Some of us come with a well documented colorful history that reflects nothing of who we are today.
The club's main goals are to foster a unity of a brotherhood between like minded people in recovery that shares a common interest in riding motorcycles, having club events/function and supporting charity causes.
We realize the politics of starting a new motorcycle club in any area can be difficult and a long road to climb. We also realize wearing a patch on the back of your vest identifying yourself as a member of a motorcycle club can be dangerous if not handled correctly with the dominant motorcycle club of your area. For this reason we allow any chapter to either go through all the formal protocols of getting a new motorcycle club started in your area with the approval of the dominant motorcycle club in your area or any indiviual chapter can be identified as a riding club, social riding club or social club so as to minimalize any potential problems but still have the ability to get together and have some fun riding and having club functions. National office will alter that specific chapter's bylaws to reflect the chapter's decision of exactly what type of club is being formed. National office will also assist in going through all the correct channels of respect and protocol dealing with the dominant motorcycle club in your area when forming a new club if desired..
